Thank you for shopping with us! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time:

  • Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and package your items. 
  • For special or print on demand orders, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and package your items.
  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Please reach out if you have a gift "Emergency" and we will do our best to assist you. Additional weekend processing fees may be incurred.

Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (available at an additional cost).

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the U.S.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to stay updated on your order’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the shipping carrier. However, we’ll gladly provide all data needed to file a claim with the carrier if necessary.

Order Issues:

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery at maggiejaneinfo@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item(s) received.
